We can only give email support to paid users. We cannot support unpaid users. Non-commercial-usage version does not include any support-what-so-ever. You can use our forums for peer-to-peer support. We may reply, but priority updates are given to paid-users.

Due to undue circumstances, we can no longer support this product. It is considered freeware with no support.

Q: Can I email problems?
A: We cannot give email support for HelpMaker v7.4 product, even for basic questions. Please use forum instead. You will get much quicker answer instead.
An issue tracker is installed on Web-Forum for real-time bug tracking and resolution. If you cannot use forum, we're sorry, we really cannot help you.
