We can only give email support to paid users. We cannot support unpaid users.
Non-commercial-usage version does not include any support-what-so-ever. You can
use our forums for peer-to-peer support. We may reply, but priority updates are
given to paid-users.
HelpMaker v7.4 Support
Due to undue circumstances, we can no longer support this product. It is considered
freeware with no support.
